Healing Ginger Juice Tea Recipe with Honey, Lime, and Cayenne
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed ginger Zingiber officinale rhizome juice
- 11/2 cups hot water
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- Juice and rind of 1/4 lime
- 1/8 tsp cayenne Capsicum annuum fruit powder
Instructions
- Combine the ginger juice, water, honey, lime juice/rind, and cayenne in a drinking vessel.
- Drink 4-6 cups/day during acute illness.
